Do you have a minimum order quantity?

– Yes, we do. Due to our set-up cost, our minimum order quantity is 50 invitations per design.
– However, we always recommend ordering an additional 10 invitations, for emergency extras or last-minute guest.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped out after it has been placed?

It will take us about 30- 45 business days for your orders to be shipped out. From there postage time-frame will be determined depending on the location (both international and domestic), type of postage service used and customs clearance.

– We accept credit card

How can I know if payment was successful or fail?

– You will be notified via SMS and email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.
– Please be aware of your Bank reconciliation schedule as this might have an impact on your payment (payment cannot be performed during bank reconciliation time).
– Bank reconciliation time only affect payment method via online banking and will usually happen at around 11.30 pm to 1.30 am depending on your bank.

Which credit cards are accepted for payments?

– We accept all Visa and MasterCard, both Debit and Credit and is 3D-secured enabled.
– Please be aware that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.

Do you ship to outside of Malaysia?

– Yes, we ship to countries outside of Malaysia. Delivery time and shipping cost may vary depending on destination of delivery. Please contact [email protected] for detailed information.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

– Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I self-collect my order?

– If you will like to self-collect your order, please select the ‘Self-Collect’ option from the shipping options. Self-Collection is only available in Klang Valley.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know any problems or concerns you may have on the order you received. Our customer care specialist will be happy to assist you and provide you with instructions. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns based on your input such as spelling mistakes and layout errors. We also cannot accept returns based on the changes of your personal preferences or circumstances. We highly recommend you to take advantage of our ‘free sample’ offer to see the actual product in person before placing an order. Should you find any errors done by BHandsMalaysia, or if you received damaged items, please contact our customer care department immediately to order replacement items. You should receive replacements within 30 days. The original items should be returned to us within 30 days from the time you received the original order. For instructions on how to return damaged items, please contact our customer care department and we will make arrangements to pick up the package.
